Performance Evidence
Evidence is required to be collected that demonstrates a candidate’s competency in this unit. Evidence must be relevant to the roles within this sector’s work operations and satisfy all of the requirements of the performance criteria of this unit and include evidence that the candidate:
locates and applies applicable legislation, documentation, policies and proceduresimplements the requirements, procedures and techniques for the safe, effective and efficient completion of monitoring control processes including:starting, operating and closing down monitoring equipmentreading, interpreting, applying and communicating technical/operational monitoring information and reportscommunicate effectively on monitoring informationmaintaining recordsworks effectively with others to undertake and complete monitoring of control processes in a way that meets all of the required outcomes including:organising work activities to meet all task requirementscommunicating clearly and concisely with others to receive and clarify work instructionscomplying with written and verbal reporting requirements and proceduresresolving coordination requirements throughout work activitiesdemonstrates completion of monitoring control processes that safely, effectively and efficiently meets all of the required outcomes on more than one (1) occasion including:identifying equipment availability, service availability and continuity of production, and reporting faults within processes, to equipment or services, to the appropriate authority for remedial action confirming work requirements details such as;standard operating proceduresstatus reportsnotice of known or anticipated changesspecific responsibilities for the shiftcoordination requirements/issues
